Transportation to and from hotels/Lunenburg Yacht Club/Opening Ceremonies
TJ's Driving Service be providing regular bus service to & from all Mobility Cup Hotels and Lunenburg Yacht Club, as well as to the Opening Ceremonies.
The official Mobility Cup hotels are:
- Best Western Plus
- Travelodge by Wyndham
- Lunenburg Arms
- Smuggler's Cove Inn
Those staying at other accommodations will have to make their own travel arrangements.
This service will be provided by the regatta at no cost to participants.
Transportation to and from Halifax/Stanfield International Airport (YHZ)
We are working with TJ’s Driving Service to coordinate wheel-chair accessible transportation from the airport to the official Mobility Cup Hotels. TJ’s has multiple, accessible vans and buses.

We encourage participants to coordinate flights with others coming from the same club/geographic area. This will make it easier for us to get the best price for each Bus/Van trip. Each bus accommodates up to 7 wheelchairs.
How much will it cost? Currently TJ’s is quoting us $350 for a one-way trip from YHZ to Lunenburg. The cost per person will depend on how many passengers there are. If we can keep the buses full of participants, we can ensure the lowest price!
