As an historic town with architectural regulations on heritage buildings, many properties cannot offer wheelchair access, and very few properties have fully accessible accommodations. The following is a list of criteria for rooms with a view to defining some or all accessibility needs.

Spa at Ninety4: Hotel guests are entitled to a 10% discount on services offered by the Spa at Ninety4. The Spa is open Tuesday through Saturday. We encourage guests to book their appointments early. Appointments may be booked directly by calling 902-634-4094.
Parking: Free parking is available to guests. Our parking lot is across the street from the Hotel.
Pets: Pets are allowed in certain rooms on request. There is an additional CAN$25 fee for room cleaning, for each stay. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms. Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from their pet's presence in the Hotel during their stay.
Smoke-free: Smoking is not permitted in the Hotel (including the Spa). A cleaning fee of CAN$300 will be charged to the guest's account if there is smoking in their room.
Standard Rooms: Please note that Standard Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 persons only. No cots may be added to the rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date. If you fail to cancel a reservation within 48 hours before the check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the cost of the first night (including taxes).
