This video is of the 2015 Women’s Keelboat National Regatta, held here in Kelowna. The footage was shot from a drone. The video is here to showcase our beautiful landscape, scenery & the venue where we will be racing in September. See you here.

The Kelowna Yacht Club has been home to the Disabled Sailing Association of BC’s Okanagan Branch since 2010. It is located on the east shore of Okanagan Lake in downtown Kelowna. The club house is a beautiful new building, and is fully accessible including accessible showers. The lounge, bar and huge second floor deck all overlook the lake. Participants and their entourage will be welcome but will need to register first to get an access card.

The racing area is located directly in front of the club. Spectators can watch the racing from shore at the nearby boardwalk and spectator boats will be arranged to get you closer to the action.

With the club being right in downtown Kelowna, there are many restaurants, nightclubs, shops and a casino all within a very short distance.

Short-term metered parking is available right in front of the club for unloading (limit - 30 minutes). There is also a parkade 200m away. We hope to get more information about this as the time draws nearer.

How to get there:

Kelowna has an international airport (YLW) with car rentals available.

The address is 1370 Water St. Registration will be in the Main Lobby of the Yacht Club. Enter through the main doors facing Water St. The doors are always locked, so if no one is immediately there, ring the doorbell and someone will let you in.
