Help kick off and wrap up the regatta by assisting with container unloading, boat setup, rigging, and crane launching. |
Ability to climb in & out of containers and use a drill and crowbar. Experience launching/prepping sailboats. | September 6 & 13 | ||

Support Silver Fleet sailors, and some Gold Fleet sailors, by accompanying them on the water during racing. |
Be an experienced racer with good knowledge of Racing Rules of Sailing. Experience with the Martin 16 if possible. | All week during racing | ||

Play a critical safety role on the water by assisting sailors, supporting race operations, and responding quickly to on-water needs to help keep everyone safe throughout the event. |
Ability to do some quick boat adjustments/repairs on the water. Canadian Power Squadron Boat Rescue training would be an asset | All week during racing | ||

Help bring the excitement of the Mobility Cup to life by transporting volunteers, family members, and media onto the water so they can experience the racing up close. |
Powerboat or sailboat with sufficient cockpit space for 4 people or more, as well as PFDs for all onboard | All week during racing | ||

Assist sailors with putting on life jackets and support safe transfers in and out of boats. |
Prior knowledge of doing transfers with transfer lifts is an asset, however some on-site training will be provided | All week during racing | ||

Support dock operations by helping move wheelchairs off the docks during racing and returning them afterward. |

Help keep the club grounds, parking areas, and common spaces clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the event by supporting general site operations and clean-up. |
