Capilano River RV Park (North Vancouver)

Capilano River RV Park is a private RV campground located near the Lions Gate Bridge, offering convenient access to downtown Vancouver and the Mobility Cup venue at Jericho Sailing Centre. The park provides a practical option for RV travellers who prefer to stay close to the city rather than farther-out campgrounds.

During a site visit, the park appeared well-maintained, orderly, and quiet, with clearly marked sites and on-site amenities. As is typical of private RV parks, sites are relatively close together, with some greenery providing separation. Light traffic noise from the Lions Gate Bridge may be audible in certain areas.

RV Sites & Rates

The park offers 205 sites with the following options (2025 rates):

• 32 tent sites – first come, first served (not reservable): $65/night

• 65 RV sites – 15A power + water: $79/night

• 102 RV sites – 30A power + water + sewage: $89/night

• 6 RV sites – 50A power + water + sewage: $99/night

Discounts are available for seniors and Good Sam members only.

Accessibility Notes

• Washrooms: Accessible washrooms are available.

• Showers: Shower stalls are very tight and not usable for many people with mobility challenges.

• Site layout: Paved internal roads; RV sites are compact, which may limit maneuvering space for larger mobility devices outside the RV.
