I hereby grant to the Adaptive Sailing Association of BC (ASABC), the Mobility Cup, and their partner organizations and host venues in Vancouver (collectively the “Organizations”) the permission to photograph and/or record my image and/or voice on still or motion picture film and/or audio tape (collectively the “Images”), and to use the Images to promote the sport and/or the Organizations through traditional media such as newsletters, websites, television, film, radio, print and/or display form, and through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and YouTube. I understand that I waive any claim to remuneration for the use of audio/visual materials used for these purposes.
I hereby assume the risks of participating in all activities associated with the Mobility Cup 2026 regatta in Vancouver. This includes any risk that is amplified by my own health and wellness as well as any risks that may result from negligence, carelessness, lack of caution or failure to seek assistance when required. I further agree that risks may arise from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by the organizing committee (the Adaptive Sailing Association of BC (ASABC) and the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club) through no fault of their own. It is understood that I can modify my level of participation in consideration of these factors or cease participation at any time.
