You'll find us at the National Yacht Club on Downtown Toronto's Waterfront at 1 Stadium Road, Toronto, ON M5V 3H4. This is east of Ontario Place, at the end of Stadium Road. That’s one block west of Bathurst Street, south off Lakeshore Road (just south of the Tip Top Tailors building).
National Yacht Club is at the western end of the Western Gap, on the north shore, next door to the Billy Bishop Toronto City airport (on Toronto Island). Take the ferry, then it is a short walk/wheel from the Toronto City airport to the National Yacht Club.
From the Island airport
The ferry ride to and from Billy Bishop Airport is one of the shortest in the world at just 121 meters. The 90-second trip will have you where you need to be in no time and if you’re standing on the pedestrian deck you can enjoy a unique view of downtown Toronto. The ferry departs from the foot of Bathurst Street about 200 meters from the National Yacht Club gate. The ferry is free for pedestrians and $15 for vehicles (return trip). There’s a ferry approximately every 15 minutes.
The Porter Airport shuttle goes between Union Station and the Island Airport. The bus leaves every 15 minutes from outside the north doors of Union Station, by the Royal York Hotel’s western entrance on York Street, near the north-east corner of York Street and Front Street.
From the International airport
Train to City - Union Pearson Express runs from Pearson Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto in just 25 minutes. Adult one-way fare from Pearson to Union is $12.35. Youth and Post-Secondary students save 40% off standard adult fare when using PRESTO. Children under 12 years of age ride free. Trains are running every 15-minutes during weekday peak, and available seven days a week.
Via Wheel Trans
National Yacht Club is a recognized destination for registered users of Wheel Trans (follow the link for information about eligibility and registration if you are not already registered). The address of National Yacht Club is 1 Stadium Road Toronto, ON M5V 3H4 and the nearest major intersection is Bathurst and Queen’s Quay. The driver will need to press the small white buzzer by the gate and inform the desk staff that a Mobility Cup participant has arrived.
Via Public Transit
TTC - the 509 streetcar runs along Queens Quay from Union Station to Bathurst.
The Bathurst stop is on Bathurst after the streetcar turns off of Queens Quay. When you get off the streetcar, continue west on Queens Quay until it ends, which is Stadium Road. Go south on Stadium Road towards the lake, then follow it to the right (west) for approximately 350 metres. The National Yacht Club gate is at the end of Stadium Road.
Club Gate Access
Press the buzzer to ask to be let in for Mobility Cup. The gate will be opened. Enter through the gate and go west about 100 meters towards the white building with a red roof.
